I see a similar temporary stadium set up on the sand in Huntington Beach every July for the US Open of surfing. I know it is economically feasible from personal experience.

That said, the real reason behind the stadium was to try and make Mayweather say "no" so Arum and crew could blame the fallout on Mayweather, who will fight nowhere but the MGM Grand, especially when he already had that viable venue reserved.

no doubt Arum made Pac a very very very rich man. Pac is no longer focused on his boxing. Arum is probably ****ing worried about it as would any normal promoter. The Pacquiao era has come to a close, robbed or not.

 

Yes there is
