    Yes at WW, he was the #1 rated WW after he defeated the top 2 rated WWs Jab Judah and Carlso Baldomir. He became the lineal WW champ I believe.

    I wish he did fight them, but I don't hate Mayweather enough put all the blame on him for those fights not being made.

    Even if he didn't retire I don't think any of them would have fought because I don't see him being able to negociate with Arum who would have wanted Mayweather to resign with TR to get those fights.

    He would have probably rematched both Hoya and Hatton if he didn't retire.

    If it wasnt illegal then yeah why couldnt he do that?

    And thats the real key here, xylocaine actually wasnt illegal in Las Vegas, illegal handwraps are illegal in every boxing organisation in the world

    Thus false equivalency
