They were to fight on the same billl as DeGale-Sanavia. Braekhus got tonsilitis a few weeks before though, so didnt go trough. Sauerland and Lenny Fresquez had many talks about a fight before Holm fought Mathis. Apparently They were close to a two-fight deal: one fight somewhere in Europe and one fight in Alburquqe. Holm fought Mathis though and lost as we all know. Sauerland then made a Deal with Mathis instead( interim fight before the Holm-rematch)
Sorry. DeGale-Sanavia was in April of course, But the card was originally for March and was to have Braekhus-Holm as the main.
man nuca you have studied your things good what comes about Braekhus and her matchmaking. Got to give you that.:good But I still have my paranoid suspicious about that situtiation.:silly
I'd say to throw a poll up, but it'll wind up being 100% Mathis by stoppage assuming everyone voting has seen the footage. :yep Unless there are some nuthuggers - err, clit-huggers? - of the southpaw heroine with the stick-move-stick-grab style.
IMO Holm's corner should be ashamed of themselves for sending her out after the 6th. That **** was ****ing brutal.
The vBookie event is up. http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=409948 Those are real life odds. :blood :think :thedevil1
:rofl Not sayin women shouldn't box, but I don't need to see a chick get brutally stopped 2 or 3 times in one fight.
