mario is a guy who stays in the gym and knows how to box...but does not really know boxing. his bias is ridiculous. top rank pays him...of course he's going to follow suit. also he trains at the wildcard and is friends with freddie and pac.
They fight at high octane paces. Pacquiaos a bit higher, but both come out the gate like a beast. Both fighters were tenative. Bradley moreso than Pacquiao because A; his feet were ****ed B; Pacquiao's power intimidated Bradley enough to avoid engaging him too much. Wow...how the **** does this happen. Honestly. This is beyond me. How the **** can we KNOW that there's a ****in' robbery that took place and then go back and try THIS HARD to rationalize and actually REVISE history in order to reconcile such a disgusting act of either corruption or incompetance. Beyond ridiculous Zooka.
Wrong this means I not only scored the fight but payed attention to what both fighters were doing in there.
I know your inspired training at Wildcard along side Team Pac, but I am telling you the truth, one day when you do start to have fights you will have a better understanding of what Judges expect, what they look for and how they score. You will also have a better understanding and actually learn to appreciate what fighters do in there to offset or disrupt their opponent. however you havent got to that stage your still a deer stuck in the head lights because your star struck at the idea that your even training there soon enough though you will learn the ins of the sport. and soon enough your going to learn that as you are just starting out Wildcard is the last place you want to start out at. Their trainers never show up when their kids have amateur fights, NEVER! I can tell you nearly every time we are at a show I always bump into one kid looking for a trainer to work his corner for the fight, because his trainer at Wildcard didnt give a **** enough about him to even show up. This is fact....
I also understand you've had not the most pleasant of experiences there. Who was your trainer or who did you work with if you don't mind me asking? I know most of those guys by name, but just add a description just in case it doesn't ring a bell. Even still, I have competed before and Wildcard isn't my first gym. Its not even my 2nd gym. It's my 4th gym. My first gym was shutdown and used to be located on Broadway near the police station. Then I moved to another gym in Baldwin Park at this sorta community park spot. Never got any sort attention because well I was 16 and wasn't paying anybody so they just sorta gave me drills to do. When I picked up boxing again I went to my 3rd gym in East LA off Olympic with a bit more street cred. Eddie Heredia's Boxing gym. Didn't like what I saw there and got limited guidance alongside abysmal attention. Bailed and started checking out both Tiger's gym in Hollywood and the main guy I wanted to work with or anyone of serious merit were almost ALL in Australia. Said **** it and gave Wild Card a shot off a whim and that's when I met Paul. Been training there ever since and haven't worked this hard since I was 12 when I competed as a kid.
Ask anybody there about Irish Maca Foley, again if you are looking to compete in the amateurs dont expect much outside of the gym there. the only person I have seen out at the amateur fights have been Shitty Shane Langford (once) Bodean, (but I dont see him and havent in years) and Panda (once Ola came up big knocking out Enzo that stopped as well)
