Thought his might have died a death by now.
Hoped people would realise that just because his lawyers are trying to get him out doesn't mean he's trying to tie a noose.
What will they discuss when he's back out?

being comfortable in his cell and getting proper food isn't the main issue, the main issue is he's in a cell for 23 hours a day when no one else who does the same crime is subjected to that. Violent murderes and rapists don't get that unless they caused trouble in prison!!

What if he clashes with another inmate and gets shanked? that's what they're trying to prevent especially since Floyd is high profile

You see this conveniently gets left out mate.Putting him in mainstream is a logistical nightmare for the screws. They'd need more manpower and probably have to pay much avoided overtime.
The screws in the seg will be having Floyd sign all sorts of ebay bound **** and in return they'll make life a bit easier for him than the normal seg cons.
But the governor would probably cut off his own dick before he put Floyd in gen pop.

would he? I for one think that there'll be guys who think they're hot **** and try to challenge him and stuff. This is real life man, if there was a multimillionaire chillin in the same room and you could hustle something out of him especially if you're like 200+ built, i don't see why such a situation wouldn't be possible

idk. one of my aunts went to prison but right before she went, shot got some FAT check. it was $20,000. she said she was living like a queen in there. she had a whole bunch of inmates kissing her ass and cooking for her.

maybe that would only happen with lady inmates, but money is money.

That's why the most dangerous/capable/connected guys would rather earn off him than **** him up.
All immaterial anyway. That's one of the main reasons the jail will never allow it.

I got a friend who came from jail too, (I can't fill you in on the money part since he has none tho lol) but from what he told me they had squads in there and when one guy got uppity they put em in 3v1s; one time a guy who got out of line once (possibly a fighter) managed to whoop all 3, so they pit him in a 6v1 and he STILL whooped they ass, but when they finally put it 10v1 he got his ass whooped... my point being if they want someones ass beat they will keep upping the handicap until the desired end result occurs

He's not in prison hes in county. nobody in there is gonna **** with floyd believe me. People think in jail celebrities are a target but most of the time its the opposite. County jail isnt scary its just so boring you feel like banging your head off the wall. Didnt know he wanted in gen pop. Not talking with people can make u crazy so i can understand
