Floyd is gonna do 2 milly ppv world wide when he gets out of jail and fights khan, he will knock out yet another young, strong, in their prime fighters . Then if PAC is still ducking and dodging the fight in early 2013 he will fight the winner of Canelo vs Ortiz which I assume would be Canelo and that fight would be massive and would do massive numbers

Any sport where its biggest draw performs once a year maximum is in decline.

Every fight he's in he could lose. But it's not easy to defeat legends, especially ones who haven't lost. I don't feel khan or Canelo can beat Floyd but they would be exciting fights vs young fighters in their primes and he's 36...that's where he and PAC differs.

No the fact that the biggest draw fights once a year and be talked about and recognized on a daily basis is pretty astonishing if you ask me. Floyd is an attraction and one of the biggest athletes in the world. He has turned an entire generation of pop culture fans on to the sport. He has done wonders for the sport. After he retires this entire generation will always look back and remember him as our parents remembered ray Robinson, srl, and Ali, as one of the greatest fighters they have ever seen.

Boxing doesn't need mayweather but to say he didn't make the sport mainstream again is simply hating. Just lOok at his ppv #s and events, the who's who of the entertainment industry come out, he is 2 fights away from having the ppv record in his rearview. :deal

Are you drunk or just plain delusional? He hasnt done wonders for the sport and this entire generation of pop culture?? What are you talking about. Oscar is the only true boxer over the past 20 years who has brough in the casual sports fan.

Also Floyd is no better than sweat pea , will be be remembered as an untested and unproven fighter who in his absolute prime took a vacation from a very hot welter division.

You do know who Floyds mandatory was after he beat Oscar dont you?? Yet he fought Hatton down at welter. If he fought did fight his mandatory we wouldnt be discussing him today.

If I'm not mistaken Floyd is about to shatter oscars ppv record in less ppv fights. So who really has brought more casual sport fans? After he fights khan Canelo PAC his #s will be alone at the top and even with those 3 fights he will still have fought in less ppv bouts. These are just the facts
