Mares has a decent chin, not fully tested but so far is good.I dont know how he will handle Rigo's heavy left.Pressuring Rigo could be a mistake, its really what Rigo likes. But i agree, i tournament with this 4 would be great.Since Nishioka is semi retired.
I usually go against the mexican but Rigos a glass jawed disgrace. The mexicano would knock him out but loses to WV2.
Why would I want our biggest rivals winning anything? That's like me hoping the red sox win the world series :-(
I tend to not overrate wins over clearly inferior opposition, but the way Rigo carved up Kennedy like a Thanksgiving Day turkey, has me feeling no one will beat him. Way too talented technically.
This is the guy who fought Perez, Darchynian and Agbeko all in a row. These guys are all very good punchers. I would like to know what their KO% average is... His chin has not been tested? I think Rigo is the one with the question marks at the moment on his chin. Cordoba touched him he went down and refused to engage after that.
darchiyan is the only one with power out of this 3-has been a while since he produces a KO-and he coudnt find Mares chin all night long.Agbeko and Perez are average.
Agbeko 28 wins 22 KOs. 79% KO rate Darchinian 37 wins 27 KOs. 73% KO rate Perez 20 wins 14 KOs. 70% KO rate To call any of them average punchers is an understatement.
At this point my money is on Rigo no matter who he faces at this moment. The dude made me a fan from his last performance. Im still thinking about it, damn Teon will never be the same.
freitas had 100% KO rate until step up the competition. im not saying they are feather fisted, besides Mares isnt easy to get hit.
