Close fight, have it for Castillo every time. That 10-8 round for Castillo always ****s Mayweather on my card.
I see that **** sweetray did not make a strong case . . . idiot didnt see the damn fight. boom-boom probably watch it on youtube last week . . . they only way he knows how to score a fight is 120-108 for Pac for any fight
Floyd-Jose 10-9 10-9 10-9 10-9 10-9 9-10 9-10 10-8 or 9-9 9-10 9-9 9-10 10-9 or 9-10 Fight is a little complicated to score because the douchebag ref decided to deduct points from both guys, to make matters worse Jose arguably won the round he was deducted in, and Floyd won the 10th. If someone winds a round but gets a point taken off, it becomes 9-9
I have it close but clear for PBF every time I watch it. I can see how some might have it for JLC but it was no way shape or form a robbery. Besides PBF did what any prime elite champ to do and gave an immediate rematch.
I've given up with some people mate. I don't mind a differing opinion to mine aslong as it's educated and objective I enjoy it. This guy is either 14, Fillipino, or ******ed. We may be un lucky and he turns out to be all three :verysad
It's honestly like a 1 point fight for either guy. I was predicting a draw before they announced it. Drakulich was horrible reffing that night too. But yeah, odd fight to score. Reminds me of Oscar/Whitaker with the stupid point deductions and close rounds
That was a close fight. HBO punchstat/compu box, has long been known to be highly inaccurate. HBO commentary has long been known to be off at times as well. That you would suggest somebody look at bogus compubox punch stats shows you are ignorant of certain things regarding boxing. I wouldn't of had a problem if the decision had of went to Castillo, as I said I thought the fight was close. Don't talk about HBO punch stats though, they are way off, much of the time.
Castillo was the best lightweight of the past decade IMO People completely forget he beat Johnston twice and Casamayor, Diaz, Corrales, Lazcano, Bazan, could have a win over Mayweather. If he got the nod over Floyd in the first fight he'd be a first ballot HOF'er.
We already established this long ago, Castillo wasnt crying like *******s Floyd set up a rematch and gave him a 2nd opportunity, Pacquiao does have a rematch clause so if you feel you beat Tim first time round, you have another shot to make it clear. Word of advice try fighting more than 30 seconds per round and you will have a better chance.
