so far reports are mostly agreeing with the scores for Adamek. ex: espn, the scene, etc (although i see michael wood and jeff meyer disagree)
I felt it could have gone either way. I think Chambers had a lot of people (including me) wanting him to get decision for fighting one-armed. I would rather Chambers had gotten it, but it was not a robbery. Chambers still comes out looking bitter than Adamek, his effort will bring him good attention, meanwhile Adamek barley beat guy fighting 11 rounds with one arm.
it was a ****ing a pathetic performance from adamek. how can you win by being sloppy as a drunk bar fighter!!! never saw a fighter win by landing 13% in my life....disgraceful!! eddie won 117-111 and with 1 arm! this was a bigger robbery than pac vs bradley. apperantly all you have to do now is throw a million punches and doesn't matter if you land and look silly missing and doesn't even matter if the person you're fighting lands 1 third of his punches and lands over 25 more punches!! BS!!!! If someone's at 13% and the other's at 33% and they land the same then the muther****er at 35% should win!!! and in this case the dude landing 50% more accurately actually landed much more punches!!! aggression only counts if it's effective not if you're missing all night. this was a disgrace.
Bigger robbery than Pac Bradley yet you had Bradley winning that fight. You are comparing 13% to 35% but % doesnt matter. Its the number of landed punches that matter and ring generalship, who controls the action. Adamek landed 13% but he threw twice as many punches and its not like he missed all those punches, many were blocked or partially blocked, which also counts and has effect on the opponent. Chambers faded in the last round because of those punches he absorbed on hands, arms ect.
Adamek won a close UD, for me 115:113 Next, Chisora wins against Toevid Haye than we can see that Vitali fought better opponents than Wlad!
116-112 Adamek, doesn't change the fact that he looked horrible in the fight, if Eddie had two healthy hands he'd win for sure
why chambers was able to make pressure in round 10, if he was injured? chmabers is not a fighter like adamek or povetkin.
