In 2009/2010, Manny Pacquiao would've stopped Floyd Mayweather.

FFS When Cotto and Pac fought, whenever Cotto would fight of the back foot and jab he made Pac look mortal. Problem was Cotto could not keep up that game plan for long due to stamina issues.

We'll never know. It's possible. I've always favoured Mayweather, though.

One thing is for sure -- if Pac tried to fight like he did against Bradley, Mayweather would box circles around him. Fighting for one minute of every round isn't going to cut it.

Do you think it was enough to win against Bradley?

People have to keep in mind Pac didn't really take Bradley seriously in general as he was holding up the fight watching the Eastern finals, not respecting his power, etc.

Again whenever the fight is announced, Pac and May will train their asses off. They are both past their primes and the luster will lacking for most part in a year or so.

Cotto relied to much on his power early on in the fight rather then looking to outbox him and pick his spots. Which was a silly game plan based on the fact that he trained himself for speed and came in light.

    Yes.

I haven't really scored the fight properly, but my general impression was that Bradley had a few good rounds, but Pac won. I'll see if I change my mind when I sit down and try to score it. Pac simply landed the better punches, even though he was less active. Bradley was mainly jabbing gloves. Pac just about got away with only fighting for one minute of the round, because he had the harder, sharper punches, and Bradley wasn't landing much himself.

In a fight with Mayweather, this strategy wouldn't work, though. Mayweather is too good for that, and unlike Bradley, his punches will be landing regularly, sneaking around the gloves, between them, etc.

If you say the Pacquiao who fought Cotto would beat this version of Floyd, then i have no problem of saying that the Floyd who fought JMM would beat any version of Manny.
