Pacquiao has such a hard time with people that have decent foot movement. Not even running, just a boxer that can cut off the ring, stay out of range, or close distance. People also overrate Pacquiao's power and finishing abilities against elites. It took him 12 rounds to stop Cotto who was finished by the 4th, he had Marquez finished and couldn't get it done. He didn't hurt Clottey or Margarito too much either, they were not even elites. If Floyd wasn't the best fighter in history at adjust!ng I would have HONESTLY picked Pacquiao to win. However I feel that once Pac lands the left or right and Floyd tastes the power, he'd adjust, and Pac would never land those shots again, regardless if it hurts Floyd or not. From then on we'd see what Pac has a hard time with which is movement and straight right hands to the body and head ala Marquez and Morales. Mayweather's marked reach advantage also does not help Pacquiao's cause at all. And would take Floyd to a decision win. IMO, of course. :good

Styles make fights and in 2009 this fight would have been great. Back then regardless of the bull**** Floyd didnt want the fight. Im not interested in reasons , drug tests , PPV splits , he simply didnt want the fight. In 2012 Im not interested in seein the fight , I think they are both on the slide.
