    Maidana is one of the toughest SOB to walk into the sport in a long time.

    If Thurman is as tough as him it's a 12 round fight.


    Thurman is nothing special.

    Alexander, a feather fisted fighter, made one of the "toughest SOBs" his ***** and nearly KO'd him twice.

    Thurman, heavy handed with solid boxing ability, can damn sure KO him.

    I like Thurman in this fight too. Maidana is one of my favorites but I don't think that he has a lot left in the tank.

    No doubt.

    With Thurman's pedigree, size, and skill, he should be ashamed if he doesn't at least totally dominate Maidana.

    maidana doesn't seem to carry the power or the physicality at 147 that he had during his 140 campaign, and thurman, although he has a shitty ponytail/bun, is a natural welterweight with big power. I hope chino can pull it out, preferably via debilitating body shot KO, but I doubt it.
