    IMO yes he should but he is not the best LWW in the last 10 years - you have to look at Hatton, Tszyu, Mayweather, Pacquiao, i personally think Hatton is the best in the last 10 years as he is the only person to dominate the division for so long. yes he was beaten by may and pac but they have not kept to the 140lb weight and moved between. anyway good thread. Castillo = Legend!
