a great book/magazine but no marciano in the top 10 is disgusting, but there was a good write up on the ghost with a hammer in his hand

Bought this yesterday, handsome magazine, each article gives a pretty fair general overview of the fighters career, though I wouldn't trust my full weight on any of the details.

Jack Johnson #12 and Jeffries not in the top #100 is incomprehensible to me; I think it would have been incomprehensible to 90% of the people who saw the two of them at their best.

I wish John L Sullivan would have made the Boxing News 100 list.

lots of great fighters listed but being from a brit mag, i think it's safe to say all the brits on this list need to be a bit lower except maybe wilde.

Never did a pound for pound but the list seems a bit off. Lewis at 35 and Fitz at 70 whatever seems strange. Ali number 2 is ******ed.

Thats my opinion though and all the usual names are there.

Fitzsimmons IMO too low at #72.

Q: Do you think Peter Jackson should've been on the list?

The magazine has 10 top-10 -PfP lists from the people who made this top-100 list; was a little suprised Benny Leonard only made one of these lists, and Langford didn't make any of them.

lufcrazy will **** bricks when he sees that. even if you only know fitz by his acheivements he's top 20 at worst.

i think the argument can be made for peter jackson considering he was viewed as the best or second best fighter in the world for a few years.
