I would put him at number 4 behind povetkin, I think povetkin would beat him by UD.

I would say 2nd best, because Vitali is ducking him.

I think he's 3rd best, does he deserve to be ranked there?

Absolutely not, doesn't mean he isn't the 3rd best though; it only means he's not ranked 3rd.

Povetkin  What do people think Haye would do to Huck or tht version of Chageav?

Hard to say. He's never come close to beating anybody on that level at either HW or CW.

    Wrong.

Mormeck was better than Huck at CW. Ruiz/Valuev were better than him at HW.

"That" version of Chagaev would've lost to Valuev and probably Ruiz too. Hell I'd give Monte Barrett a chance against him.

You're probably going to argue that Huck/shot Ruslan are better than those mentioned. It is ludicrous to suggest that they are not at the very least at the same level.

    Jesus Marco ****ing Huck! FFS

Well we disagree. I see no reason to believe that Huck couldn't beat the versions of Mormeck and Enzo that Haye did at CW. Ironically cave man Huck has an almost identically style to the CW version of Haye. You could make a strong case that Huck already has a better cv at CW than Haye. Clearly both Afolabi and Lebedev are light years ahead of Enzo at the very least.

Chagaev has looked very sharp and dominating in his last 2 fights. He's not shot, fat yes.

Povetkin's workrate would be a nightmare for Haye. Haye had a tough night against Fragomeni, and Povetkin is a better, heavyweight version of him. If Povetkin prepares properly his workrate will break Haye down.

However, who knows. Povetkin's career is derailed and going off a cliff. He's admitted of being bitter about the pro game and being unmotivated. So much potential, but unfortunatly, I doubt he will realise it. I hope I'm wrong.

The problem is, Haye hasn't fought in years.
Even if you consider what he did against Wladimir "fighting", that was 12 months ago, and he lost by a wide margin.
He looked no better against Wladimir than Ibragimov and Chambers looked (but if you want to argue he did, it can't be by much). They were pretty much written off as failures and put on the scrap heap after those challenges.

Haye's November 2010 "fight" with Harrison proved nothing either.

The point is : you have to go back over 2 years to find anything that would support a high rating of Haye.

It seems people are rating Haye's current ability on blind faith. It's some sort of religion.

Povetkin got beaten by Huck who was a cruiserweight on the night of the fight. Haye is a bigger, faster and a superior version of Huck.

Povetkin is another eurohype job. He'll be exposed sooner or later, just wait. A couple of months ago everyone was talking about how Helenius would beat Haye, what happened to that theory?

I think he is currently the 2nd best in the dicision but ranked 3rd by me. Until he beats Vitali or Vitali retires that won't be changing.

Clearly better than Povetkin who got beat by Huck and definately better than Adamek who just got taught a boxing lesson from a 1 armed Chambers

Listen here you ****ing ****. Don't ever dare compare Haye ever again to those useless pieces of ****. Haye was two weight World champ and beat the biggest ever boxer (in all weight classes combined) of all time. Haye beat the man at CW Mormeck in France. What exactly did those Eastern European **** heads do exactly?

I tend to agree with this, Haye has still not achieved too much as a heavyweight and without being active its even more difficult to put him at 3, doesnt really matter there's not much difference! but he needs to beat a Povetkin or Adamek to be ranked above them! which he might do but he hasnt.
