Is that true that yogurt, milk or kefir+ fruits are bad ? or even milk +grains are bad also? i had read that yogurt+ fruits are not good.. A lot of people are eating.
Just like almost anything, you'll find the answer is relative to quantity. Are those foods unavoidably 'bad', no, ofcourse not.
Milk is a sports drink plus a whole lot more. Being about 90% water, it is ideal for re-hydration and contains an ideal natural mix of carbohydrate and protein to help refuel tired bodies. Plus it packs a nutritional bonus of calcium and seven other essential nutrients (including potassium, phosphorus, vitamins A, D and B12, riboflavin and niacin). It's funny how people try to label all these different foods as evil just because they have glass digestible systems. All those foods are great for an active person.
Fruits aren't bad. Fruits and vegetables are basically what we should eat most. Meats, dairy products (good quality), and whole grains should basically be suplemental.
Milk, dairy products, and fruit are all good foods. The question is, are the good for YOU, specifically. If certain "good" foods are causing you problems like indigestion, gas, bloating, ect....then maybe you have an intolerance to them. If you have insurance, getting tested for food intolerances/allergies might benefit you. You may be surprised at the results.
How whole grains are slowly killing you. http://wellnessmama.com/575/how-grains-are-killing-you-slowly/
YEah now i know that dairy product are ok.Milk is good but the quality is important, anyway curd is not good wit fruits.
Just another couple of fads of the diet industry. Some people are intolerant to dairy, some people are intolerant to grains. If you were, believe me you'd know.
