It's great to know that the first two highest paid athletes are boxers. Rather than bitching and crying like the rest of the jealous taxi driving losers here, why not look at it positively?

This kind of news easily inspires future athletes to pick boxing as their main sport and who benefits the most from this?, we the fans.

Not even Dana White will make that list. Trash like MMA doesn't compare to boxing.

I agree with you for the most part, its great that PBF and Pac are 1 & 2. Its shitty that Wlad came in at 24 or whatever it is, there are like 10 football players that made more money than the Heavyweight champ. Not to mention that 2/3 of the top 100 are football and basketball players and no other Heavyweight fighters made the top 100.

Read the fine print, Floyd made $85M as a boxer and promoter.Pacquiao made $62M as a boxer.

I can't blame any sport being above the heavyweight champions. Sadly the heavyweight division is terribly lacking and it's not getting any better. Still being #24 in a dead division is pretty good.

Pacquiao made $56 million in fights with Juan Manuel Marquez and Timothy Bradley, and an additional $6 million in endorsements.

WHere are all the Pac-tards with the Forbes List...hahahah

With that kind of revenue generation, how can you not be a fan of Mayweather?
I'm also a big fan of Carlos "Money" Slim and ****** "Money" Buffett, probably the two most exciting money earners in the world.

Two boxers on top, this is definitely good news! only 6M from endorsement for Pac? Pac should kick Arum, really, he'll proly be earning 80Mish too as a boxer/promoter + 6M endorsement

yeah, 24th is not bad . . . if you are the Cruiserweight champ, all you ever hear from their fans is how great they are doing in Germany and how boxing is more international so therefore better. Nothing is a better indicator of health in a sport than how well the athletes are paid.

Why would any young kid want aspire to be the heavyweight champ today? All their friends watch MMA and most Football players make as much if not more than the champ (and basketball players are not that far behind).

Having two smaller guys is great, because there are a lot of great smaller athletes than large ones . . . so hopefully it will inspire the younger kids to pick up the sport and the decline of boxing skills in general may slow down a bit. However, as the old saying goes . . . as the heavyweights go, so goes boxing.

Everybody knows Tiger made like a billion bucks plus in his career and was making more than these guys at his peak . . . but this aint about diminishing the accomplishments of Boxers its to celebrate their success! If we cannot root for PBF and Pac we are in a whole lot of trouble because the heavies are not carrying their weight
