Should Chavez Jr be on the P4P list if he beats Martinez?

Why not, he beats Maritnez legitimately and convincingly.

 

Of course he will be but he would need to submit to some testing IMO.

 

Martinez would drop, and Chavez would go up a bit.

I'm not sure if I would have Chavez overtaking Martinez because, despite him beating him, Martinez has still achieved far more over the years <--- That doesn't disappear just like that.

Jr is fighting at his weight. maybe in year or so he will have to move to 168 because he is maturing but when in shape he easily weights in BELOW 160. how is that not his weight class? he doesnt even kill himself, if he did he would be dained. when he trains properly he weights in at 157-160. thats his current ideal weight

 

He would definitely move into the #1 P4P slot for cutting weight and being able to still perform. Skill wise I would need to see him perform the same way with guys his own size before he started making significant movement up the P4P scale. SM is a smallish MW by current day standards.

 

How you know all of this from Jr not taking comprehensive drug tests and him having failed for diuretic use is beyond me. Seems to me that Jr and train properly are not usually synonymous with each other.

 

Yup, drop Martinez and put Chavez at #10

If Jcc beats Martinez Convincingly i'd say Martinez out.. Jcc at 8... If it's close... Froch out.. Jcc at 9 and Martinez at 10.

After being caught Mosley then under went testing with PBF. JCC jr tested dirty and has missed tests. If he agrees to thorough testing in the future I wouldn't have any problems with him.
