rd JCCJr. vs Andy Lee .
    1 9 10
    2 10 10
    3 10 10
    4 10 10
    5 10 9 (but could b even)
    6 10 9
    7 TKO

    59 58 could b 59 59 .

Not d 1 sided bullying performance d writers typed about at all .
    D writers need something 2 write about , don't they ?
Also take in2 consideration that while Chavez Jr. is a great dehydrator , Andy Lee is slightly taller and a Kronk fighter @ that , not something I consider a small or even medium middleweight . Kronk gym is known 4 its extreme dehydration regime .
Chavez Jr. might have been slightly heavier , but he is taking it 2d edge and may lose someday because of it if some1 takes him 2d late rds and makes him work/ strain .
Both r total hypejobs @ this point of time , Andy Lee with 2 stoppage losses @ this stage should look 4 doing something else .

    You have mostly great scores...

Which is why its odd that you have three or four cards that are completely egregious, and I've bolded them.

How in hell could you have Bradley beating Pacquiao? Based on what?

Well for one, I didn't give rounds to Pacquiao for throwing a ton of punches that connect with thin air. Bradley made Manny miss all night, controlled the landed action with his jab, did very good body work that went underrated (but still manage to leave Pac gassed for the final quarter of the fight) and stood his ground even when Manny did land. He even managed to push Manny back numerous times, despite having 2 injured feet.

For the most part Pac to me looked like reverted back to his old ways. Following Bradley around the ring instead of cutting the ring off. Failing away with wild combos, and in the latter stages going strictly with the old 1-2. Basically imo Pacquaio just didn't have the goods on this night, however I would still favor him if there is a rematch.

As far as the Ray Leonard vs Roberto Duran I I simply thought Ray boxed beautifully from the outside, and Duran wasn't as effective when he drew Ray into brawl as most believe. I feel Ray gave as good as he got in those exchanges. I'm not saying what happened was a bad decision, as I can understand how some could agree with it given that Duran was able to drag Ray into his fight. I simply think while not very smart on Ray's part, he did enough in all areas of the fight to keep his championship.

As far as Qawi vs Spinks & JMM vs Katsidis i'm not sure what you're questioning?

Qawi/Spinks was a close fight, and I scored it close. I just favored Dwight's effective aggression in this one. JMM vs Katsidis I had JMM winning a close fight at the time of the stoppage, despite the knockdown.

What is it you question about those 2?

Pacquiao outlanded him 2-1, and had him running all around the ring.

Pacquiao dominated effective aggression, punchs landed, and ring generalship. Bradley was cowed, beaten, and steered all night.

Thought Duran won 8 of the first 9 rounds in the first Leonard fight. Have never seen a good argument for otherwise, would love to see rbr.

Have also never seen Dwight given the Spinks fight. Curious how you got there.

It's reasonably clear Marquez won every single round outside of the third in the Katsidis fight. Very curious to see what you awarded him, as Marquez couldn't miss him.

Yeah, but he was getting punched and not landing shots back. Can't win a round for moves without good scoring.

He only out landed him if you believe, or put any stock in the farce that is compubox. Those landed numbers for Pacquiao were no where near legitimate. Not to mention the official judges don't get to use compubox when they score the fight, so I don't either. And neither should you.

Manny was aggressive for the first six rounds of the fight, but I would hardly call it "effective." Manny followed Tim around the ring all night, throwing wild sloppy combinations, and hardly if at all cut off the ring. Which is a failure to control were the fight takes place, that's hardly "ring generalship.

I felt Leonard gave as good as he got, imo the fight was a toss up and could have gone either way. I only scored it a 1 point victory for Ray, with so many rounds so close again IMO that I can certainly understand and have no qualms with Duran being the 1 point victor. I honestly feel given how close the fight was, that maybe the only fair outcome was a draw.

In all honesty I was very tired when I scored this fight, so although I favored Qawi's aggression in this one, I can admit I probably came up with the wrong score.

I thought Katsidis did a fantastic job luring JMM into his domain, and effectively turned large chunks of the fight into a Rocky-esque brawl. I will freely admit JMM couldn't miss, but I felt Mike landed his handsome share of solid shots combined with the knockdown was enough to keep him 1 point behind at the time of the stoppage.

I disagree. I saw Bradley land numerous counter shots with the jab, straight right hand and check hooks. The majority of Bradley's counters and lead punches landed were mostly to the body. However he was touching Manny's face all night with the jab, which is evidenced by the bleeding from inside his mouth he had to contend with. Bradley didn't have a mark on his face, and the only evidence he was even in a fight that night was his severely swollen feet and ankles.

Note: I would just like to point out that how each fighter looked after the fight, in no way influenced my score. But simply to point out that Bradley was landing.

Naseem Hamed vs Marco Antonio Barera
Barera won rds 1,4,9,11 . Hamed had d 12th due 2 a pt deduction from Barera , although it might b still scored 10-10 due 2 Barera narrowly edging it .
Actually rds 4,9 were closer than this and rd 10 might have claimed 2 Barera's favor as well .

Seemingly it is 119-116 in favor of Barera or 119-118 if being stricter but it's even closer than this .

This is Y i score fights as if they were a single long rd unless there r KDs in a rd , d scorecards often mislead .

Hamed's off balance style might make it seem like he's getting hit while in fact it prevents him from being hit and takes a lot out of what he is getting hit with .
Not a schooling , beating or a domination by any means and Hamed had both of Barera's nostrils bleeding with his invisible / unscored punches .

Wonder y a rematch didn't happen and Y did Hamed not fight Marquez .
