Yet you argued with me less than a week ago that Manny shouldn't have to test, shouldn't have to do anything not required by commissions? Even to the point that you said it's cool for someone to refuse a breathalyzer if they haven't been drinking, you don't see how that would be contradictory?

It's not. It's the USOC's (which is a government agency) anti-doping testing contractor. And WADA sanctions these various organizations such as USADA, sets the international banned list, and owns a number of the labs where the tests are performed (all B samples go to one of their labs if the A sample is positive). The WADA doesn't administer testing itself. When people say "WADA is cheaper", what they really mean is that some other WADA accredited organization is cheaper. That's why, for instance, Austria's anti-doping agency (rather than Germany's) does the testing for all Sauerland fights.

And manny should open his books to me. It would be for his own good too, I would show the Pinoy IRS where Bob Arum is ripping him off and how he doesn't actually own that tax bill.

Yes. Instead of providing a cease and desist letter, they should have provided the contracts.

I knew someone with his jughead planted firmly in the sand would go this route.

I just logged online today. I wonder what the latest is on this possible scandal.

Its interesting that no one I know of, no journalist or fan, has ever stopped to ask "Who did Montoya spread this rumor to?" "Where did GBP hear it?"

A lot of assumptions yet no action from anyone.

That CIR and test results press release from USADA meant zero. With a potential scandal like this running around, you'd think both companies would simply provide what was asked for and be done with it.

But the public is not very smart by in large. Two press releases later and a bad decision for Pacquiao and no one is asking any pertinent questions anymore.

It would be fine except Montoya is just a random crazy and if businesses are forced to waste time on every random crazy that makes noise we will all be in trouble.

    What scandal?

    Don't over-hype your own "investigation"

Also...why are you so over the top biased towards VADA and Conte? Just wondering?

THey should show contracts only no testing results thats a privacy issue, but the contracts are enough to let us know weather or not GBP and USADA have some sort of favorable agreement between the two that would be bad for the sport.
So I think why not if GBP has nothing to hide whats the problem?

I'm interested to know if Floyd walks around at the 6/1 limit allowed by Nevada with a 'doctor's script' as cover.
