Souths have over 24K members now. I'm surprised the Tigers, and Dogs dont have considerably more than those figures above.

 

Yeah I was thinking the same, Thought the Dragons would have more than 17,000 as well

 

Same here, I sat through games when we got 60 put on us by the tigpies & the worriers & always back up for more

Souths seem to be the best Sydney club for getting supporters to convert to members & it's becoming increasingly important, some clubs just don't get it

 

I would never ever be a member of the Current Titans club. As you mention a few months back the Stadium is a big white elephant and everything to do with it just chews up money eg. food, ticket prices, etc etc.

I know a few members who wont be renewing next year because they simple cant seat a family for less than a $100

 

The tigpies surprise me, they should have far more, the Doggies have big crowds but lots of them are just bored young people who treat going to the footy as a social occasion, that doesn't transfer to paid up members

The Dragqueens are a moody bunch, there'd be heaps of them not renewing because Bennett left or sowards a **** or Peter Doust hasn't left, you'll find them joining up again when they think they'll go alright

 

I had a mate who moved up there & thought it would be a great opportunity to get in as a foundation member, new city, new team, new beginning, .....he only lasted a season

Turns out pretty expensive, they really should have started out affordable to gain lots of initial interest

If you're from out of town & you wanna go to one game it'll cost you a fortune

 

True, The Dragosn fans are a fickle bunch.... Come out of the woodwork when it suits them.... Can't really blame them though, having a team so renowned for ****ing up

 

They're a hardcore passionate bunch & get very agitated about certain things within the club, I've seen the same shitfight happen with Souths prior to Crowe taking over, when things aren't going well you wouldn't want to be a club administrator!!!

 

Is the "OUST DOUST!" banner still present in the Red V army?
