Oh Khan now is throwing 6-7 punch combos...

Oh, Ortiz really hated being hit by Berto (who, I suppose, doesn't it as hard as Tyson Khan)

:huh Can you elaborate on this...because from what I saw, Khan didnt like the pressure Peterson was putting on him...His inside game is really weak and he tends to do a lot of holding on the inside.

Its kinda hard to box when your opponent crowds you and works you on the inside...Khan needs to learn how to create space and work on his footwork to get out of the way of a charging fighter.

When was the last time Khan throw a combo like that? Come on man, at least be realistic.

he may not of liked the pressure as you say, but he did mix it too much with peterson. he got pulled into a fight far too easily. he should of kept to his boxing on the outside. this is where peterson had trouble. the speed also.

khan wasn't holding that much either. every time peterson got on the inside khan pushed him away ( hence the point deductions).

khan does need to learn how to fight on the inside. or, he needs to learn how to use his reach and speed to his advantage more.

he was far too erratic in this fight for my liking. he needs to settle down more and stop trying to be manny.

:patsch I have a set of eyes myself and I dont need to listen to Lampley (who as shown to be very bias) In no way did he land an 8 punch combo...You're making things up!

When people say mix it up...my understanding is fighting from any range (long, middle, in-close) IMO, I didnt see that from Khan in the Peterson fight...Khan wanted to fight from the outside and he looked lost when he tried to fight at close-quarters.

I can agree with the rest of your points!:good

nah, mixing it up is having too much of a fight ( which khan tends to do a lot of. being too macho) getting too close, not using his reach and not sticking to the plan you had through training camp. khan needs to be more measured in his boxing as he can become too erratic in his attacks. he needs to slow the pace down a bit, not look to get a load of pitty pat punches off that can be quite ineffective at times. he needs to look for three's and four's with his combo's, not seven and eight's. make the punches count more. he'd be far more effective.

he's usually quite settled, but in the peterson fight he was trying to be like manny too much. lets hope he's learnt his lesson. if not, there's trouble ahead.

Khan fights like a blown up amateur and Danny G. will expose him. He has no chin and can't fight going backwards!

more like a 3 to 4 punch flurries. those straight punches 1..2..1..2..1..2..3..4
is wack and amateurish. straight left hand and a right hook by ortiz will check all that hyper **** khan be doing.

khan can throw 6 punches a second, against a slow guy like maidan he was easily throwing 8 punch ombos, against a guy like victor who has a little speed he can get off maybe 6. deal with it.

also i notice alot of people think khan stopped ortiz with a points gap, nope, not the case, khan madse him qui on his stool at the start of the 3rd round. too much power too much speed.
