It's quite effective, take for instance the Peterson case, he began training for the first Khan fight for 3 or 4 months. fought, had a little layoff, got back into training for the rematch. That's more than half a year gone by.

Then the tests CAUGHT Peterson from something he was on LAST YEAR.

I'd say the testing is VERY effective.

 

What about after 2000 Olympics ? I thought USADA test athletes 365 days/yr, no ?
