If you care about PEDs in boxing then you should care about what he does during a layoff. Being able to take PEDs out of training camps must confer some advantage.

As long as he takes the advanced testing that is agreed upon during the contract signing and he passes all tests there shouldn't be a big deal made about it. It's been effective so far in catching the cheaters. Not until he turns down "365 day" testing protocols like people act like he is doing, when in fact that has never been presented to him.
im still waiting for someone to inform me of a boxer who has been apart of more OSDT and has taken more Random tests?
Why should a big deal not be made of it? Why draw the line at taking PEDs in a couple of 6-8 week windows twice a year? You have literally no idea how effective it has been at catching cheaters, and neither do I, so it is wrong to claim that it has. Hypothetically speaking, any percentage of boxers could be cheating and no one would no any different, so we cannot make any claims whatsoever about the effectiveness of the current system.
bottom line is....even with him going several months without testing, he still has been apart of more OSDt and has been randomly tested more than any other fighter.....so what does that say about ALL the fighters who havent even done what he has in regards to testing?:huh
It's quite effective, take for instance the Peterson case, he began training for the first Khan fight for 3 or 4 months. fought, had a little layoff, got back into training for the rematch. That's more than half a year gone by. Then the tests CAUGHT Peterson from something he was on LAST YEAR. I'd say the testing is VERY effective.
Donaire is signed up for a superior testing protocol. 24/7/365. Can't be denied. Who cares what Floyd agrees to during a limited 2 month period?
