Whatever Paulie does Khan does better.

And yeah those where also the rounds Peterson didn't have to set his shots up with a jab and just went for hooks and looping shots and had success. He figured Khan out. They knew they ws gonna win cos he's a DC fighter fighting in DC after like a billion years...

Cotto(e) whoops Amir's AZZ. Miguel has much better timing and can force his way into the inside

Khan has no inside at all so how is he suppose to keep Bradley off of him??? Also, Khan footwork is rather poor so I dont see how he's gonna pivot away from Bradley's charge when he tries to get on the inside...You're not being reasonable at all!:-(

Pacquaio and Khan fans are p4p most delusional fans in the sport. Khan will struggle with Garcia, i dont care what you say. His style of fighting is aweful. No inside game, no defense or fighting off the back foot. I think Garcia knocks him out late in the fight

I think khan wants to prove a point, Garcia's dad dissed him big time at the conference I think that really wound Khan up. He's gonna be looking to knock Garcia the **** out. I think he's been working on his explosive strength, we'll see if that transfers into power in the ring. Don't think there will be a Salita style blow out, but I think Khan will come out aggressive and plant his feet. Not too much in Garcia's arsenal to worry Khan, so I can see him really going for it.

Re-read his actual statement. He is saying hand speed in general is overrated in boxing, not that Khan's hand speed is overrated. And he is spot on in saying that.

    Timing >>>>>>> Speed.

Again, I didn't see him claiming it cost him a fight. Khan's footwork is not great for the level he is at. He expends too much energy in it, he rarely plants, he can be cornered easily against an intelligent boxer. He is off balance with it, he can overreach with it. This is definitely an area he can improve on.

What exactly is veteran footwork? :huh Never heard that description before.

His accuracy could definitely improve. When he slows it down and picks his shots (Maidana - bodyshot), his accuracy can be very good. But he rarely does this. He relies too much on the speedy straight shots that lack the accuracy.

If you can't see this, you don't know what you're talking about. Soz. :conf

Well...it did cost him the fight...he lost :think

You see when Khan stands with his back against the ropes with a high guard? You see him catch numerous uppercuts? You see Khan open to that overhand right? You see Khan's limited defensive footwork?

    I guess not.

Nah, I think Khan's all wrong for Garcia. Garcia seems very much one paced to me, from what I have seen of him anyway. I think Khan will actually have a field day with his speed and offensive movement. I'd actually like to see him slow it down and set his shots up in this bout, it could be the right opponent for him to try new things.

In these two camps they must of worked really hard on Khan handling pressure, Khan should now handle that side better, Khan is now becoming a alround fighter, July 14th Khan will display the improvements.

Khan should have improved his inside game since the Maidana fight...I see not one single improvment on that...At least not yet.
