How is that a "fact"? He had one meaningful fight (for which I give him full credit) in his life and fared well. Merely ONE!
Agree. I am a huge Vitali Klitschko fan the guy is over 40 if this is the way he wants to go out let him. I would rather see him fight Stiverne but I will watch regardless. People on here keep saying "Why doesn't he fight Mitchell etc" Do they seriously think Golden Boy would let Mitchell in with even a 40 year old Vitali Klitschko? :rofl It isn't that easy. And I am not interested in a Haye fight all Haye wants is another big payday he has no interest in engaging and trying to fight. Screw him.
I NEVER said he would beat them all just that he would not be a walk over fight for anyone. Vitali Klitschko can fight and they guy isn't even a Boxer by nature he was a Kickboxer who took up Boxing and has had a lot of fights and injuries and is still going on defending his belt.
what possible reason could vitali have to fight this guy??seriously?..is vitali carrer over due to injury and he wants one last goodbye in his home country against a man he can beat with one arm??thats the only reason i can come up with for this fight....
Most likely. If Vitali was 32 and in his Prime I would have an issue with this fight (I still don't like it) but he will be 41 has had a lot of fights and injuries so let the guy go out and then we can see who the WBC chooses to fight for the vacant belt and let Wlad fight the winner.
You forgot to mention that he's proven himself to be a steroid cheat, hypocrite and quitter who got TKO'd by the only great fighter he's faced.
How much money is Vitali offering to the fans to watch that ****? I do actually like Vitali but surely he could of faced someone who has at least a 1 in a million chance of winning.
Pretty sure he avenged the "quitter" tag by continuing to fight with half his face falling off. Plenty of fighters have lost by cuts stoppage. Doesn't mean they are no good or can't fight or were not winning. It happens. Who cares?
Now that's just stating the obvious. Vitali is clearly a very uncomfortable opponent due to size, style and skill and he did have a chance to prove himself against an ATG and whilst losing, he did fare very well. His resume remains utter **** though. And I mean it.
Totally pointless fight. Have been a long time Vitali fan but just can't see the sense in this fight other than having a easy fight to retire on and earn a little more cash. It adds nothing to his legacy. Better to just retire on a high having just beaten a good contender in Chisora than ending it with a farce of a final fight.
21 - 0 There's no blueprint...(apart from Zack Page getting robbed and shot Danny Williams giving him a beating and being stopped to save Charr)
