Floyd was getting tagged and being backed up without punching in return. Do you actually have floyd winning before the butt and the suckerpunch?

yes. floyd dictacted the pace, had an outragious combination series at the begining of the round. kept shooting the straights pretty much the whole round. Ortiz had a moment on the ropes but most of his shots were blocked then thats where the headbutt came in. only a ******* would score for Ortiz or believe his little elbow story. hes mentally ******ed

He's not dictating any pace. he was actually on the backfoot and cannot punch back. ortiz was doing well on that round. and i don't need to hear ortiz' story about the elbow. we can see clearly that floyd was using it to thrust towards ortiz' face.

Ortiz headbutted Floyd and Floyd showed him what time it was. Who cares though, Floyd just stepped up to 154 and handled Cotto.

FMJ didn't need anything to beat Ortiz - he was beating him. The reason Ortiz fouled in the first place is because Floyd was starting to dominate him. Ortiz wasn't really landing and was starting to get taken to school so puposely used his head. After a foul, especially one on purpose like the one Ortiz just did, fighters know to keep the defense up in case the other fighter retaliates. Ortiz was just looking for a way out.
