Kevin Mitchell needs to SFTU

Sorry where in this thread have you seen me take a pop at Burns? Im a fan of Burns he is a great champion and a credit to british boxing. But in my opinion, if i am allowed one, is that Mitchell would do him. You need to get off your high horse fella

 

I like both fighters, but Burns wins this, he will outbox Kev no probs.

i agree with the original post ,Mitchell has no right to start dictating terms to anybody.

 

Rickys been ticking over for 3 weeks now and will start full training Mon 25th for his next fight in Sept,yes i will be there fri 4 lads on the show which looks great value for money

 

yes it was against a european champ though who did get found out at world level,so will Mr Mitchell beleive me! Its all about levels and like it or not Rickys in the top level Kevin has still to prove he can fight there and John never quite made it

 

i like watching mitchell but style wise burns is all wrong for him. burns would beat him quite easy in my opinion. all this ''mitchell will **** burns up'' just aint gona happen! burns wont **** mitchell up eather, he'll just school him over 12 imo.

 

And Ricky wouldnt have got hit with a fraction of the punches kevin or john did and hed have thrown more than eithier of the two:nono

 

What has Kevin ever done for you to think he will DO Ricky?
Ricky will give him a systimatic beating which his a whole lot worse than getting done in 3 ask any fighter

 

At last someone who understands boxing,Ricky will beat Kevin in every dept!

 

Fact is Mitchell was not good enough when he got his big chance and Burns stepped up, Leaving Mitchell to have 2 fights since he fought Katsidis 2 years, MY personal opionion on mitchell though not seem loads(ashie,johanseen,kats,Murray) is that he takes to many punches to get his shots off, not enough movement,I think Burns may outbox all though Mitchell would land the heavier shots but not enough

 

Its just my opinion. Like i said in a previous post Burns is a great champion and deserves to be where he is, no doubt about it. But as a boxing fan with an opinion i think Mitchell would beat Burns. I could be wrong. But i think Mitchell is a better boxer than people give him credit for but unfortunately outside the ring he hasnt helped himself otherwise he could be where Burns is now.
