you know whats ******ed? Having sex with ur cousin then claiming its not ur fault cause u were tired from a kickboxing fight.
SMITTY78, my arguement against your list (that I respectfully disagree with) is that you have Ali ranked #4 even though Ali is the only one on your list who beat any of your other top ten. Ali actually beat two fighters in your top ten whille noone else beat anyone else on your list. His quality of oposition based on the list YOU made should have him #1 or at leat #2 (louis and his 25 title defenses/11yr reign) Add in the title defenses, being the best fighter in the era with the best heavyweight competition and it is hard for me to understand rating anyone but maybe Louis ahead of him. However, using YOUR list it seems that you would have Ali first. Please reply to this post as I am curious to hear your response.
Was Dempsey even # 1 in his own era? Dempsey fans are a dying breed these days, because Dempsey has been exposed by modern historians as a great fighter who accomplished far less than he should have, and doesn't belong in the top 10 all time.
Haven't done one of these in a while 1. Ali 2. Louis 3. Marciano 4. Tyson 4B. Lewis 4C. Holmes 7. Foreman 8. Frazier 9. Liston 10. Holyfield
I like Sullivan in your top 10. Foreman, I tend to put less weight on his second career than most others, so in part I agree with you; however, I would never call Foreman's KO of Moorer a 'lucky punch'. George looked for it, George worked for it, George seized the day when he got his chance -- The big man deserves respect for that.
01 Ali 02 Louis 03 Holmes 04 Marciano 05 Lewis 06 Foreman 07 Dempsey 08 Holyfield 09 Johnson 10 Frazier 11 Tyson 12 Liston :smoke
