I have so many issues with the direction he is going. for one, everything I mentioned earlier. next, USADA is one of the biggest and most respected drug testing companies in the world. to think it would risk its rep and the whole company for one small company with in one smaller sport is a bit outlandish. If you have read any of his articles in the past you would know that he has PBF in his sights for years and any attack on GBP is really an attack aimed towards PBF. Finally, he is looking into a company that is DOING something . . . it may not be perfect but it is SOMETHING. So many companies are out there with their eyes wide shut and he looks to GBP that at least has some type of up to date protocol. Golden Boy is a Promotional Company and if it wants testing to see which of its fighters are dirty they have a right to do so. they also have the right to deal with that info in what ever way it sees fit. It does not makes sense if it is promoting a fighter that it ruins their career with the announcement of a dirty test. It could find out and deal in house, to prevent them from totally ruining teir career by getting caught by the commissions. If the Organizations and sanctioning bodies want to find out who is dirty they should do their own test to expose fighters.

the point of all this is, GB has a reason to keep things in house and deal with fighters in house. The governing bodies should do their jobs if they want to expose fighters. Gab or anyone else has zero right to ask for the private contract between two companies. Of course everything I said about the possibility of what GBP has in its contract is beyond pure speculation. I am not a reporter and do not claim to be so my opinion mean ****. However, Gabes opinion does mean **** to the half a dozen people who reads his **** . Given his History with PBF if he has something with real teeth on a company that he is closely related he has to do his homework before he speaks. If he has something damning, he has something damning . . . but that does not prevent me from looking at his track record and putting everything under a microscope . . . everyone should:deal

Everyone knows that any drug testing and agency is playing catch-up to those who are looking to perpetrate a violation. What you are suggesting is something at a whole other level. One thing is to say their testing methods need to improve it is something all together different to imply that the company is in bed with GBP to beat the system.

At face value it appears to me to be nothing more than a smear campaign and he has said or done nothing to prove me wrong. If he does have a smoking gun and is validated in the end good for him and for the sport. However, he must adhere to a certain level of principles and integrity until he gets to that point

 

For what its worth Jones performed like **** in 2004 when the USADA had to test her.

I do not think he violated any principles he was in the middle of investigating a few leads obviously GBP has something to hide why wouldnt they just go after a defamation suit?

I hope he continues with his research and sheds light on this in the future in a sense its almost as if he has to
