If they dont land then you are right. What if they land and get blocked ? or even better what if they are partially blocked but go through the guard ? or punches in the elbows, arms. You dont just have punches that land cleanly and punches that are missed.

 

1. Adamek landed many punches on the arms, elbows, guard ect. He wasnt just missing punches and hitting air with over 800 punches, like you are trying to tell us. I suggest watching the whole fight and not just highlights.

2. Chambers was just a stepping stone to get bigger fights. Adamek can now fight Povetkin for the WBA title or he can get fights with Solis, Mitchel or Jenings for better money than Chambers. No need to go backwards at 36 years of age.

 

Just ignore the idiots, Chambers won we know that. You ain't gonna change their mind, their hero won. They can go stroke their Adamek posters on their bedroom wall now so let them get on with it.

Adamek wouldn't win a round against a healthy Chambers this time and he should know it.
On the other hand Adamek didn't know how to fight a southpaw in Dawson and didn't even realize for 10 rounds that Chambers wasn't using his left hand. He doesn't seem to be the brightest guy.
