I was too busy having a good laugh.. All these Arm-chair pussays say the darndest things! Victor Ortiz is a tough man and a great fighter.. He just got unlucky and he packed it in and called it a night. Live to fight another day.. :deal

 

Its always fun messing with Slugger...the guy is one weird dude! You need to read all of the stuff Slugger use to post about me in the past...Just a little payback.:good

Ortiz has a lot of work to do before he reaches stardom IMO...The little you do can determine how far you go...Prime example, why does he punch with his mouth wide open?? As we can see...that cost him dearly against Lopez...Also, if you noticed, he has a habit of losing focus during his bouts and he resorts to dirty tactics...I know you saw that blatant rabbit punch? I respect Ortiz for he has had some very interest fights but I call him out of some of his antics as well...He needs to take a break to get himself together...Evaluate yourself and work on your flaws...He still needs to get his mental aspect more focused IMO.

Weird is the new good Yeah i guess a little payback is cool. That said, Slugger is good at heart. I agree with you... i think someone needs to sit him down and like review all these occurences you've mentioned, to him. Wth is he gonna say to all the big brother big sister kids who look up 2 him? He needs a mentor. I mean have you ever heard of a world class boxer who enjoys watching Spongebob (Patrick is his favourite character). I would have personally picked Mr Krabz... he's a G lol.

In the training camp videos I saw Victor's footwork improved greatly as well as his ring generalship. I think his current trainer Danny just concentrates on power punches etc. I hope the surgery went okay... just waiting for confirmation now.
