    I don't hear his fighters complain about their pay. If that's an accurate glimpse into how he treats his fighters (and how he ensures they are treated) God bless him.

    al haymon doesn't manage or promote anyone....he's an advisor.

    koncz is not the same kind of advisor....he's advises manny on **** like..."don't sip that tea!!! it's too hot!!! let me blow it for you." or...."let me wipe ur ass one more time manny....it's almost all clean."

    manny has two promoters....and two managers if my memory serves me correctly. he has two trainers....freddie and buboy....and two strength and conditioning coaches.
