I'd say Mormeck, but there were hardly great options for him to fight at Cruiserweight. The only fight which would have really added to his legacy and was realistic would have been Cunningham, but he didn't clamour for the fight so it's both of their faults it didn't happen. Fragomeni, Mormeck and Enzo is fairly poor in historical standards but for his era it's not too bad. It's at Heavyweight where he was dissapointing IMO.
After he utterly destroys Chisora and shows the gap in talent, the HW landscape will become very interesting. Maybe Adamek can rise to the challenge?
