Lets say the Ortiz rematch doesn't happen, this would most probably be the easiest fight to make for Khans debut don't you think.
Im not sure i understand why Khan is moving to 147 (should he finally do it) and why he's being pushed into it !!! , why are people talking about Khan as a WW when he's been beaten (knocked out brutally) as a LW and as a JrWW as well I know the Peterson thing is out of his hands right now , and the first fight was close , but he lost , thats the end of it , he lost because he was deducted points after being warned he was using an illegal move , and Peterson lets face it was the better man , and lets not forget the very limited Maidana nearly stopped him !!!!!! Clear out the division or at least prove your the best fighter in a division then jump weight classes , Prescott and Peterson won't be rematched (granted Peterson is out of his hands) and he's moving up in weight ?? what for ?? Ive said it already moving up in weight for the sake of it comes with risks that Amir Khan is not in a position to take , why ?? because he's not that good , he needs to keep the advantages stacked up on his side until he can consolidate , then look to move weight classes if 140 is becoming a struggle , which clearly it isn't
This has reminded me to finish the Ortiz-Lopez fight, got into round 3 before England game came on. I was quite impressed with Lopez, nowt special but looked settled in there and had a few veteran moves.

No but it had nothing to do with the thread did it? So I took it as you possibly trying to justify him as a potential Khan opponent.
lopez by KO, he'd pressure khan and khan would have no answer, ortiz hits harder then khan and it still didn't stop lopez from coming forward. Khan would get dashed out of there in 4 rounds.
