The 21-year-old Alvarez was asked at the Ortiz-Lopez post fight press conference who he wants to fight next and he said “I wanted to fight Mayweather or Cotto, but they’re on vacation.” Floyd Mayweather, of course, is serving an 87-day jail sentence, whereas Miguel Cotto just got a nice payday in losing to Mayweather and he’s not about to get in the ring any time soon especially to face a big puncher like Alvarez.

He tried to fight Williams, Kirkland, and Ortiz, but they all got jacked up before they stepped in the ring with him. All those guys are better than the guys you just named.

Vanes is a *****, Lara is boring with no fans, Molina hugs, k-9 and trout are ok.

Oh good it sounds like he's ready to step up to the elite A-level competition of the division. Well seeing as how Mayweather and Coto are both not available there should be no problems with Canelo giving Erislandy Lara a shot. He's a A-level fighter just waiting on his shot at the big money fights. If Canelo wants to challenge himself, there's his perfect opponent.

Bet he doesn't even get considered.

Hoping Floyd fills out at 154 and hasn't declined too much. This will be a huge fight and potential "passing of the torch" to the next generation.

Kirkland, Williams, and Ortiz all got injured. Vanes has refused the fight before and Trout negotiated his way out. I think K9 is next in line. Lara should be a great opponent as well, but **** Molina. He can stick to ESPN cards with his shitty, boring style.
