    Anyone arguing over the race of someone like Martinez is only doing so out of ignorance and due to the fact that he speaks Spanish and has a Spanish last name while the others listed as examples do not.

    Canelo is white, but would be hispanic as well. Pretty much the simple answer to what Martinez would be classified as.

    Here's a scoop for you, there are also white people from european descent in Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, Cuba etc and in central America as well.
