Kalambay completely schooled McCallum, and Nunn got lucky.

I would have loved to see some of the matchups we did'nt get with these guys.

    I reckon

    1. Jones
    2. Toney
    3. Hopkins
    4. Calzaghe
    5. Eubank
    6. Collins
    7. Benn

I know a lot of people rate Hopkins higher but Winky, Trinidad and Pavlik were clearly much worse fighters due to the weight. Winky was a Jnr Midd dragged up to lhw!!!!

Kalambay had the best jab, movement, defense and counter-punching in the HISTORY of boxing.

That Body Head pip squeak probably hasn't seen any of Kalambay other than the freak Nunn fight.

Plenty of fights on YouTube, including his schooling of (masterful) McCallum.

This is the worst post i have ever read from an educated poster...

Jones and Toney fought in their primes.. Toney was undefeated and ran and talked **** leading up to that fight and got utterly destroyed by a superior boxer... That win doesn't just go away because you say Toney was dead.

Bernard Hopkins was also a very good win.. he wasn't the crafty veteran he turened out to be, but was in his physical prime and a much more busy fighter... I would pick that version over the one that lost to Taylor and Calzaghe.

Roy did drop from HWY and beat Tarver in his very next fight for a belt... Dig up some names of fighters to do that.. the list isnt that long.

Roy was also the first fighter in 100 some odd years to be a former MW champ to capture a HWT belt.. Forget who he fought, that in itself is "special" if it wasn't, dont you feel more fighters would have done it?

Your whole post was completly biased, according to you Roy has done nothing at all?

no one can discount that Roy is a legend for going from light middle to heavy as a champ.

only if your name is Bob Fitzsimmons can you sneer at that.

Toneys win against Evander Holyfield should also be taken into account. Ok, Holy was over the hill, but still: which one of these other MWs/SMWs could've moved up to HW and whooped that version of Holyfields ass so bad? Answer: no-one. Maybe some like Jones or Calzaghe could've danced around Holyfield for 12rds and squeezed out a decision, but old man Holy would have KOed them all if they came to fight.

Jones definitely, he proved he could do it, but Calzaghe got decked by oldies at LH, no way can he cope with another two divisions up.
