USADA Motions to Quash Pacquaio request to subpoena FMJ Medical Records

USADA is on record motioning the subpoena not floyd. What are you talking about?:huh

 

Bazooka I actually would like the judge to force USADA to submit the paperwork, just as long as pac's team have done the same. Shouldn't be one rule for one and another rule for another. :deal

 

And what of GoldenBoy pursuing legal action in the matter against Montoya? You think they just decided to go ahead and do that without Floyd's consent? Floyd's his own boss, right? And in this particular situation, there is a question of Floyd's relationship with USADA, so he certainly is complicit in these matters.

 

Pac's tests were done by the state commissions so should already be public record. Therein lies the difference here.

 

Golden are not pursuing legal action against montoya. They basically told him to stop making up bull**** or you could find yourself with a lawsuit.

Now if Montoya is not making up bull****, he should be perfectly happy to continue talking his ****.

Yet he has been quiet as a mouse when it comes to mayweather.

Wrong, Mayweather asked for pac's medical records, pac has not sent them in.

Floyd was not asking for pac's testing results, he was asking for pac's medical records from his doctor's.

Therein lies the difference:deal

 

And this exonerates Floyd because? ... Whether it's legal action or a cease and desist, it still implies the reluctance to have information released. Meaning Floyd is a ****ing hypocrite of the highest order.

USADA have stated their reasons why, in 3 parts to the motion to quash, I've listed them all on one of my posts.

Whether this is a good enough reason is up to the judge. But let us not pretend here that Pac's lawyers have been fourth coming with the paperwork mayweather's lawyers have originally asked for.
