Kostecki would have certainly Shattered Glass Jaw Roy's Chin but this Feather Fisted guy I am not sure about. Given how bad Jones' Chin is, however, it is always a possibility that he finds himself staring into the doctor's penlight.

He enjoys fighting and competition? **** no, the guy proved that much during his Prime when he ducked all of his most dangerous, power punching contemporaries, cherrypicked worthless trinket and/or vacant belts from the worst guy in each division he fought in, and chose to fight no-hoper cabbies and off-duty police officers in worthless Mandatory fights instead of proving himself against the best.

Do you really think that the guy who spent the bulk of his career fighting joke fights in the South and refusing to travel to make the big fights happen is now going around the World getting savagely KOed for the love of fighting? Use some common sense.

 

I think it was the Calzhage or Lacy bout that he didn't receive a single dime of his purse as it all went directly to the tax man. I think that was in the Rafael article that Metal mentioned.

 

He gets a good check from HBO so I doubt he's broke ..

 

This should be a relatively easy win for Roy and should set him up to get knocked out by Wlodarczyk at the end of the year.

Did you not see his joke fight with Max Alexander in Atlanta? He looked awful. Nobody in the Top 100 is an easy win for this clown.

 

I did not see his last fight, but he did look okay against Lebedev until the KO.
