    That's entirely not accurate information.

The T/E ratio urine test done by the NSAC is state of the art. Their entire testing protocol, which does not include using CIR testing as a screener, is not. Added to which, the Nevada 6:1 T/E ratio is against WADA code.

    USADA uses CIR "strategically.

VADA uses it 100% as matter of policy.

Do we have a definition of what USADA mean by 'strategically'?

The NSAC doesn't have random testing up to the fight so just stop it. VADA and USADA testing is random up to the fight more sophisticated and is harder to beat. That is my point.

Nothing random about knowing the window of testing.

And NSAC target tests out of competition. That's how Alistair Overeem.

NSAC and VADA have actually caught people in boxing and they have nowhere near the budget and the pricetag USADA does. Not to say that the guys tested by USADA were dirty. Just making sure you have your facts correct.

USADA countered that CIR has, in fact, been embraced in the testing community:

"CIR has been used by anti-doping organizations internationally since the early 2000s and there have been many athletes sanctioned by USADA and other national anti-doping organizations around the world as the result of CIR testing. CIR is an important tool in our toolbox and we use it strategically and effectively."

Could be because of the hidden stipulations in the USADA Golden Boy/Mayweather contracts, that positive results, may be swept under the carpet, lol
