It is random they don't know when the test will take place. They also do an after fight test. It is indeed random it's not year round random but it is without a doubt more random than the NSAC which Pac is currently using period end of discussion.

Floyd fought 3 times and still no blood test on the day of the fight ?

Floyd asked for blood testing up to the day of the fight. If I were Floyd, I will be pissed. Mosley, Ortiz and Cotto maybe taking PEDS 2 weeks before the fight, especially Mosley is a proven ped user.

PBF wants random testing up to the day of the fight he has no control on if they will actually test up to the day of that is up to the USADA not him. The bottomline is that he wants random testing and Pac doesn't.

Before the PBF-Cotto fight the last time they tested was May 2nd 3 days before the fight they of course tested after the fight.

I'm referring to the BLOOD TESTING up to the day of the fight. That was the deal breaker for Floyd/Pac fight.

How many times you gonna post the 'summarized' test results when that is EXACTLY what is in question? Please stop spamming us with that crap.

No one said they were going to be tested day of. It's supposed to be random therefore the threat/possibility of being tested day of.

Why is this so hard to understand? It's a deterrent.

If im not mistaken, Conte is the one who said USADA should test a certain quarter which would lead to catching more cheaters. Conte also said USADA doesnt do this but doesnt he also work for VADA, USADA main competitor?
