Major league baseball has a contract and they get the results. It is up to them to do what they want to with the results. Here we are dealing with individual contractors. GBP's own lawyers raised the question as to whether or not results could be tailored to their client's personal needs. GBP's own lawyers raised the question about Floyd allegedly testing positive 3 times but this was quashed by the terms of the contract. So, yeah, in this case it is suspect.

If Floyd has USADA as an ally then he's got one hell of a juggernaut. Good luck breaking down that team. All I see so far are peasants casting pebbles at tanks and fighter planes.

I get the feeling Pacquiao and his team know he's dirty and if he's going down he's trying to bring Floyd down with him. Otherwise Pac would come out and prove he's clean before pointing the finger back at Floyd.

They want Floyd's medical records? Let's see Pac pass VADA or USADA and present his medical records. If it turns out he's clean then by all means let's further investigate Floyd's case. But until then Team Pac and co. have zero credibility. The difference here between Gabe and Floyd is Gabe researched some of this **** and he found an irregularity in the testing procedures that are conducted by USADA the preferred testing outfit of Mr Mayweather.

So lets see Gabe exploits an irregularity, He has an agenda, Yet Floyd states Manny is on steroids and he is telling the truth even though he did not investigate squat and you all followed suit.

The USADA tested all of these athletes and all of them have come back clean just like PBF did. So why aren't you questioning their test results(Cotto, Phelps, Gay) and their contracts with the USADA like you're doing with PBF?

 

Science requires results to be repeatable. If Floyd's contract isn't EXACTLY the same, then that flies right out the window. Who is writing the check for the tests? May? Cotto? GBP? We don't even know who the contractor is in this case.

 

Who's writing these mystery checks and contracts for Phleps, Gay or Lolo Jones?

I don't really question their testing procedures because they don't even do the testing. The question is about that little "synopsis" of the tests they put out and whether it is tainted by the contract terms. Therein lies the problem. People assume the test results are based EXCLUSIVELY on the science when it turns out the released testing results may be biased by the private contract. Sometimes you get the results you pay for, not the results of the tests.

 

Isn't the US Olympic Committee responsible for this? Geez, can you get any more off track than this? Gotta be hard work.
