    Suleiman.

    Arum is bad enough - But he's a promoter. His clear objective is money. And it's the fighters' faults for being stupid enough to sign/stick with him in the first place.

    Suleiman on the other hand, He's President of a Sanctioning Board! It's his job to look out for the welfare of the sport, it's fighters, and ensure fairness - He does none of this!
