The testing labs would have the originals. Part of the problem of sub contracting out work, more chances of leaks.

I know and understand why Floyd started the "take the test" movement, and it sure as hell wasn't to clean up the sport. It was to gain an advantage, or maybe he felt Pac was cheating. Floyd cares about Floyd. Conte was saying it longer but Floyd has better marketing behind him.

I understand that Berto and Peterson both came to Vada for more stringent testing, but why? why? It just doesn't make any sense. I would really like to know how each of them decided to use vada. People they spoke to around that time? What made them think that they could juice and get away with it(with better testing). Were they misled some how? Are they mentally handicap?

My opinion. Peterson was a smug little smart ass that beat the test once and didn't realize VADA would catch his type of cheating. Berto? Jury is still out on that one. He really may have taken a contaminated product. I'm starting to get suspicious though because there has been no follow up. Maybe he just didn't understand cycle times well enough.

 

Naivite. hmmm... it is possible...:think but why press your luck. Why the sudden push for extra testing? Why want the extra testing if you don't know more about it? He had to know that the extra testing would test differently than his previous test, right? Vada is the only entity that benefited from this fiasco. They should not be without suspicion.

Peterson may have felt he had 'cycled'. He tested negative shortly after. Either he had the **** taken out or had cycled. I think he was 'surprised' at the press conference with the testing. Don't know if Peterson knew about VADA's CIR testing since no one else does it on ALL samples. He obviously didn't do his homework. Why is VADA suspicious when Peterson fessed up to roiding?

 

I should have been more clear. Vada is the only entity that benefited from Peterson, and Berto testing positive. If such a contract exist between GBP and USADA then that is definitely beneficial.
