I don't get it. If he can't fight for 2 weeks, then why can't the fight be on schedule?

This is the problem with scheduling fights 9 ****ing months in advance. A fight should take place a month after it's a done deal. Stop the ****.
I wouldn't be surprised if David Haye suddenly became injured in a few days and postponed the fight for like 7 years. These fighters today are built like china dolls. I never heard of Dempsey pulling out with an injury. Chambers has a surgery after every fight. It's these stupid new training techniques that cause all of these injuries. It's not just in boxing,in every sport. Oblique injuries are up like 100% in the last 5 years. It's the training methods. Chambers throws one punch and tears his arm in 35 pieces. Holy ****!

i'd be surprised if Povetkin skips this for something else - Rocks mandatory shot is still going to be there. I don't see the delay being long either but I guess time will tell. Friggin' injuries - sick of them before fights.

this is actually a great idea. if grant had built on some things he was doing vs adamek, i'd agree he'd have a solid chance, but i'm pretty sure he's been unable to land a remotely meaningful fight since as he's too much risk vs a pretty low reward (name is kind of remote and he's shown he's not totally spent)

    Put James Toney there instead.

He is better challenger than Rahman anyway and would definitely take Povetkin to school

    agreed.
then again, there is a reason guys like rahman who are 40 years old shouldnt be fighting, they could pull a muscle sneezing

    **** you *******.

Toney made punk ass Rahman quit in three rounds. Toney would be much better challenger than boring Rahman.
Toney injured his knee against that cruiser so it really didnt show anything.

Talking about boring could you post those funny Haye pictures again?

They should bring Huck back in for Povetkin, that'd be an instant sellout.

Toney is a legend who can give a good fight to anyone. A true legend of the sport.

Ps. Can you post that funny book picture? It would be hilarious to see it, for the hundred time.
