It's best if he just gets to fight someone like Delvin Rodriguez and makes this non-ppv. Easier than playing the waiting game. Pick one guy and just be done with it.

Cotto or Kirkland. I could care less how much money Kirkland is demanding; give it to him. The fight will be good, is easily marketable, and they're running out of quality options for opponents.

I'd hate to see them feed Canelo another can for him to crush, but it looks like that might well happen at this rate.

...who upset prime PTP and is coming off a return-to-form minor upset win, so there's no reason he can't be viewed as a live dog against Canelo.

 

i agree about Quintana,he could be the chosen one.
i dont know if he can handle Canelo's pressure but he is experienced and crafted enough to test the kid.Of course,no that he deserves this shot.But better than Maidana.

 

I have a feeling they will say Lara after he wins tomorrow. Problably don't want to look stupid again after what happened with Victor. If not then I think they will wait out for December vs Cotto.

 

If it ain't lara I could care less about k9,quintana,trout, or any welter or jr welter.

I think Kirkland makes the most sense. And if not him then Lara. And if not Lara then wait for Cotto in December. Any other fight will be tough to sell. How about Omar Chavez?
