Oh you're right. Most people describe Wlad as "silky smooth". When I see Wlad box it reminds of the Gervin finger roll! So smooth. Silk! Not tense and excessively stiff and upright at all!

Seriously. Similar approach, except Wlad has better power and speed, and Bugner has better chin and stamina.

Bugner did reasonably well against an admittedly past prime Ali. I think Wlad could do just about as well against the best version of Ali who ever stepped inside the ring. I'm kinda paying Wlad a bit of a compliment here, actually.

Tough? Style wise foreman Is much tougher fight for wlad. Ali would be handled in the same way as byrd if not worse.

Slick, defensive oriented fighters don't beat Wlad. They don't even take rounds off of him. Whether people want to admit it or not (and judging by the poll, they don't) Wlad is a terrible style matchup for Ali- it's not simply that he's big, skilled, and athletic, the bigger issue is that Muhammad would have to press the attack because Wlad doesn't come forward to him like Foreman or Frazier would. There are much fewer fundamental flaws and openings to exploit in Wlad's game compared to Foreman and Frazier. Klitschko is most vulnerable to pressure and a big punch, and those are exactly what Ali doesn't bring to the table.

Muhammad Ali is still the greater heavyweight, but this is a bad fight for him.

Why do you keep bumping this thread when you know , most people don't agree with you and the polls will be lopsided?

    It's confusing.

Most Kbro Fans are making semi legit arguments other then you

You are just saying it's gonna be a easy fight for Wladimir. Which is ignorant.

You are probably just a kBro Hater and doing the 'reverse' thing

Wlad moves straight back as opposed as moving to the side. That's a big fundamental flaw. And Ali has the hand and foot speed to exploit that flaw.

Also, Wlad will be forced to move forward at least a bit, because Ali played chicken pretty well and was able to draw a lot of fighters forward simply by circling around the ring and flashing a right hand that was capable of finding its target on pretty much everyone he faced.

And that right hand wasn't completely devoid of power. It was fast and could keep bigger fighters at bay. I suspect that it would be the one punch that could carry Ali to victory in this fight.

Ali spanks both Klitschko brothers in the same night.

    Gotta be the greatest.

Although I think it would be an excellent fight, and those saying that Ali win it running away are a bit delusional.

ali would lose. plain and simple. prime ali would lose to both KBros, lewis, Tyson, Holmes, Holyfield and byrd.

This nostalgia bull**** has to stop. How is ali to outpoint wladimir or vitali? ali has fast hands and fast feet. wladimir would fight like usual and not very scared (like against haye, he was aware of his power); ali is not a great puncher. this fact alone would cost him the fight. wlad would outsmart him and ko him late.
ali would win, haha what bull****.

People try to be more realistic and objective!

if you hate wlad so much, then make fantasy match ups against lewis and tyson (thats were he could really lose)
