It is a necessity forced on them by poor business decisions.

Yes, he is broke compared to me. I have perfect credit. I owe no one money. I make six figures a year, which admittedly is less than a professional prizefighter, but it is wisely invested and I have a perfectly tolerable home that you would probably call a mansion. Glass Jaw Roy has no worth that isn't tied in to assets. Do you understand what assets are? He has no cash. He is in the red. He stays afloat because at any given time he can liquidate, i.e. sell, what he owns to clear the debt. That would leave him with jack****. It is the same story with World renowned Homosexual child molester Michael Jackson. Yes, he had an amusement park complex with a fairytale mansion for a home but he owed everyone and their brother money and died broke. Almost all of his possessions had to be sold to get his estate out of debt.

Yeah but he may be broke by his standards not our standards big diffrence .I doubt he's broke and I doubt he's fighting for money ..I mean whats he making for these fights ..The last big money fight he had was against Calzaghe where he made somewhere around 10 mil ..Not sure what he owes to the IRS but I can't imagine it was more than 10 mil..

Glass Jaw Roy got nothing for the Hopkins fight, the IRS took all of it. If he had the money, not assets mind you but money, to get out of debt he would simply pay them and be done with it. He would not be travelling and performing in circus fights for peanuts over and over, hawking pit bull puppies and shitty workout routines on twitter, and the like if it was up to him. The last credible report had him owing the IRS $3.5 million. You don't know how much he owes creditors and the like and it is probably astronomical considering how all of his business ventures have failed. It must be hard to see Facts when you have that Glass Jawed Fraud's semen crusting over your eyes, however.

 

From what I remember Jones wasted tons of cash trying to establish his hiphop record label. I think he worked with one of his sons to establish themselves and pumped millions into the project. I may be wrong but I believe from a financial point of view this record project was one giant train wreck.

Even if he got $10 million vs. Calzaghe. Say he banked $7.5m after all costs (training camp, promotion, managers, lawyers etc.). Say the tax man takes 40%. So Roy gets $4.5 million in the bank. That could easily be wasting on producing a single album with giant promotion. Poof, money's gone.

Why do you folks think Roy agreed to go over to Moscow and get himself knocked the living **** out him by Lebedev for a mere $500k before taxes! Because he loves being knocked out? That was a pitiful paycheck by Roy's standards but obviously beggars can't be choosers.

He's ****ing broke, that's why he has to do this. He has creditors hunting him down telling him "Either you pay your debt or your son won't goto college". That's how bad **** is for Roy and he figures he rather gets his jaw cracked some more just so his kids get an education. Good man.
