Pick at least 5 of the best jabs in your opinion, and then rank the 5 from best to worst.

    Marvin Hagler
    Thomas Hearns
    Pernell Whitaker
    Winky Wright
    Oscar de la Hoya
    Ike Quartey
    Sumbu Kalambay
    Muhammad Ali
    Larry Holmes
    Harold Johnson
    Sonny Liston
    W Klitschko
    Lennox Lewis
    Carlos Monzon
    Michael Spinks
    Riddick Bowe

Goddamn! Picking five from that list is tough man. Make it
easier, divide weight classes. Very tough I gotta say Ali,
Holmes, Bowe, DeLaHoya, Wlad. But hearns had a phenomenal
Jab, Lewis did as well, so does Liston. I can easily
replace those names with , Hearns, Lewis, and Liston.

    In no particular order:

    Liston
    Winky
    Quartey
    Holmes
    Johnson

On a related note, I've never been terribly impressed with Hagler's jab. It was a good range finder and he used it well to set up combinations, but it wasn't really an independent weapon for him the way it was with most of the others, or at least not in my opinion. I can't remember seeing Marvelous put on an amazing jabbing exhibition like Sweet Pea vs Nelson, or Winky vs. Trinidad. But hey, maybe that's because he was so versatile.

Tommy Hearns has to be right up there, considering the level of fighter that he regularly dominated with it.

Pastrano had one of the finest left jabs in history..in any division. It was observed in his time that he could "tattoo his name and address on an opponent's face". Just watch his success vs Harold Johnson..a guy who well versed in avoiding an opponent's jab.

Kinda makes you wonder why Hagler didn't use that jab of his against Leonard.
