    Prime Tyson can beat anyone at the HWD in different periods. I think that he can beat Rocky Marciano.

    Prime Tyson was a force to be reckoned with. And just curious as I'm new to boxing, why didn't Tyson fight guys like Riddick Bowe or George Foreman in the 90s?

    The time he went to jail put paid to that. Though I think he rather liked Bowe as they were both New York boys.

    Highly surprised at the results and seeing that I was the only one so far who picked Foreman. I dont see Tyson winning this at all and see him get stopped early for multiple reasons. Even Cus thought Foreman would beat Tyson or at least be a huge danger.

    I know that Tyson is faster and bigger than Frazier but it makes me think that Tyson would be in serious trouble against Foreman

    Because Bowe was already washed up by '96 and getting beat up by Andrew Golota, promptly finished -- and because Foreman turned down four separate offers in the 1990s. He made a lot of noise about wanting Tyson but refused to work with Don King. Problem with that is, you arent getting a fight with Tyson from October 1988 through 1997 without King directly involved.

    Tyson was ****ed by the company he kept.

    I looked at Tyson coming back from Prison, with the right trainers and team he could have still been a force. He had all the physical tools still.

    Yeah I have to agree with everyone saying Tyson. I get the comparisons with Foreman vs Frazier but a prime Tyson is too much. Tyson defence allows him to slip Foremans big punches and get on the inside. Tyson once inside could really hurt Foreman.

    It comes down to who is more accurate. Foreman seems a bit too sloppy and wild and I see Tyson exploiting those bad habits and countering with his speed and accuracy. Both men are durable. Both men are devastating punchers. Who is the overall better fighting machine? Tyson was a mammoth in his prime.
